In 1994 a limited edition pack of 'Maiden England' was released. This pack featured a exclusive CD of the show. Only the songs with * were not included. Today this item is very rare. Note: There are some bootlegs of this CD circulating in a digipak format as an official release, which they aren't. A bootleg DVD by Room 101 Entertainment was released in 2003.
